(hereinafter referred to as “Italform” or the “Society”), as Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as Controller), sets as its main objective the compliance with the rules applicable in the field of protection of personal data and, therefore, ensures the necessary fulfilments for its proper compliance with the relevant regulations in force. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data, the Society wishes to inform the website user, as Data Subject (hereinafter referred to as Subject), on matters relating to the treatment of personal data and on the free movement of such data, provided to us during navigation on the website, as well as on the rights of the Data Subject.

Data processed by Italform include:

  • Personal data voluntarily provided by the Subject when interacting with the features of the website, such as, for example, contacting or asking to be contacted by Italform. In some sections of the site personal data will be required: name, surname, e-mail. Failure to provide some of the aforementioned data will make it impossible for Italform to respond to the User’s requests. The aforementioned data provided by users will be used only and exclusively for the operation of the related services and to perform the requested service. The optional sending of e-mail in general to the addresses indicated on this website, through the “Contacts” section or through the use of mail forms on the site involves the acquisition of e-mail addresses and other personal data entered. In particular, the data entered in the “Contacts” on the website https://www.italformcarbon.com/ authorizing the processing pursuant to Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 are protected by the Data Controller and used to answer questions of the User, to provide information requested and/or contact the User regarding the services provided and/or for any promotions and/or offers.
  • Identifying data used in internet communication protocols (i.e., navigation data) acquired by IT systems and software procedures required for navigating the website web (in this category of data are considered by way of example and not exhaustive the IP address, the time of access to the site, the pages of the site visited).

Purposes of data processing

Italform collects and processes navigation data exclusively for statistical purposes and in anonymous form with regards to access and use of the website, with the purpose of monitoring and optimizing functionality and contents of the website.
