Processing in carbon fiber or glass
We make components thermosets with carbon, glass, aramid or hybrid reinforcements, impregnated with resins usually epoxy but also vinylester and polyester. We use these different processing technologies according to the desired characteristics and required quantities.
Tables and stretcher for radiology
We specialize in the creation of tables and beds with sandwich structure in carbon, wood and melamine for radiological use, also in the veterinary field.
Different sizes can be made, at the discretion of the customer, or Cantilever patient table-top with adjustable height or mounted on guides.
Components in thermoset material reinforced with fiberglass
Fiberglass is a composite material with excellent mechanical properties and extreme flexibility. However, it is not the most resistant but when combined with materials that can enhance and compensate for this characteristic, glass fiber becomes an extremely complete material, and this makes it a respectable competitor in the construction of the new millennium.
Moulds
We produce moulds in glass fiber composite or carbon simple or detachable flanged, with bushings, reference and centering pins.
We also manufacture metal moulds that we have produced by external companies but always part of the group.
